The famous model, elegance-symbol, was born in 1957 to a family of aristocrats. Her father, is no other than the Marquess André de Seignard de La Fressange  while her mother is Cecilia Sánchez Cirez, an Argentine model. She grew up in an 18th-century mill outside Paris with three brothers. In the 1980s, she became the first model to sign an exclusive modeling contract with an haute couture fashion house, Chanel, by fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld.
Recently the 54 year old beauty signed a contract with the colossal beauty company L’Oreal Paris and here you can read the interview she gave the press, announcing their collaboration
What vision of beauty has your career given you?
Discovering well-being with just a few additional tools and tricks – “beauty” needs to be nurtured. If only we knew what it really takes when we were younger!
What does the slogan “Because I’m Worth It” mean for you?
Self-esteem – being able to love yourself so you can love others better.
What does being a L’Oréal Ambassador mean for you?
First of all, it’s a great source of pride! Second, I’m treated like royalty so I can be at my very best.
What is your favorite daily beauty ritual?
Makeup is a pleasure. I love foundation, which can now instantly even out your complexion without making it look cakey. It’s a small, everyday miracle.
What’s a beauty secret that you have never revealed?
Every morning I apply beet sauce all over my face…
Nah!!! I’m kidding!
What are your favorite L’Oréal Paris products?
My very favorite product is Elnett hairspray. It’s widely used in fashion. I also like True Match foundation. I can’t conceive of makeup without foundation – for me it’s the basis; it’s essential. It blends into my skin completely for a very natural look.
Also, I often use Revitalift Total Repair 10 in the morning; it’s really practical since it’s an all-in-one product.
If you were alone on a desert island, what would you take with you?
A supply of toothpaste, a toothbrush and my Revitalift of course!
What does the Cannes Film Festival represent to you?
A few days spent away from real life, away from reality, that are very glamorous and where I rub shoulders with amazingly talented people in a wonderful ambiance.
What gives you self-confidence?
In my work, competence gained from experience. Physically: having little but having it good (quality clothes, accessories and make-up, well cared for hair and nails).  Also knowing that no-one expects perfection, but rather enthusiasm, sincerity and kindness.
 How would you define beauty?
Whatever gives you joy.

YOUR MISS
